The itsy bitsy spider went up the waterspout. - Join left finger tip to the right thumb tip and the right index finger to the left thumb tip. While keeping one finger tip and thumb tip touching, swing the other pair up to touch each other again. Repeat this climbing motion during "up the water spout".
Down came the rain and washed the spider out. - Sprinkle fingers down and make a sweeping motion for "washed the spider out".
Out came the sun and dried up all the rain. - Make a big sunshine (circle with your arms).
