The itsy bitsy spider went up the waterspout. - Join left fingertip to the right thumbtip and the right index finger to the left thumbtip. While keeping one fingertip and thubtip touching, swing the other pair up to touch each other again. Repeat this climbing motion going "up the water spout".
Down came the rain and washed the spider out. - Sprinkle fingers down and make a sweeping motion for "washed the spider out".
Out came the sun and dried up all the rain. - Make a big sunshine (circle with your arms).
So the itsy bitsy spider went up the spout again! - Make your fingers climb again.
