Richard Wagner was a German composer, conductor known primarily for his operas. Unlike most other great opera composers, Wagner wrote the plot and libretto for his works. The Bridal Chorus (Here Comes the Bride), from Wagner's opera Lohengrin, is the traditional march played for the bride's entrance. The work is also known as Here Comes the Bride and the Wedding March.
